Eden Brewery Depth Charge (5.3%)

This is a pretty good Pilsner that has been dry hopped with Mosaic, giving it a very nice fruity floral aroma and a good kick of mango and passionfruit in the finish.
The beer has been cold fermented giving it a soft round body, the malts providing caramel and rich tea biscuits, toffee and wafers, while the other hops – Savinjski Goulding’s and Saaz – add a piquant snap of lightly spiced earthiness, bracken, hedgerow and nettle tea.
All in all a very drinkable beer.
