Alpine Beer Co. Windows Up (7%)

Windows Up is an IPA and, most importantly, it’s a damned good one, doing all the right things in all the right ways.
From its bright golden hue with its fluffy little head to its aroma of sugar cane and piney redwoods, Windows Up looks and smells just right.
And taking a swig you find a super malt body that’s all sticky honey and crumbly biscuits, toffee and brioche over which the hops come on big and bold and gloriously bitter.
There’s lemon zest and orange marmalade, stinging nettles and steely herbal leaves, and this leads you to the long and scorchingly bitter finish.
