I really like the artwork on this little beer’s can.
Mainly because I’m a sucker for a good font.
This is a decent little Pale Ale as it goes, though it started a bit yeasty and gassy, pouring with a big billowing head and giving off a bread dough aroma.
Once the massive pile of froth had receded I found a soft malt body of caramel wafers, vanilla pancakes and a dab of honey, and this was followed by a nice peach and lime leaf, lemon rind and marmalade hop hit.
All this made for a beer with a good fresh bitter finish.
Oh, and the aroma improved after the head had gone away, giving passion fruit and honeysuckle.
