I like the idea of this, a beer brewed with unsold loaves and leftover crusts, a beer that uses waste and gives money to Feedback which is an anti food waste charity.
All of that I like.
And I quite like the beer as well.
It won’t take your breath away, but it’s a solid Pale Ale
There’s a biscuit and honey, waffle and toffee malt body and an orchard fruit and caramel aroma.
And there’s a snap of country lane foliage and lemon rind from the hops.
All in all, not too shabby.
