Magic Rock Brewing Co. Telepathy (7.2%)

Yet another beautifully dressed beer from the gang at Magic Rock, Telepathy is a delightfully cloudy IPA that smells of orange cordial and honey.
The malt bill includes Simpsons’ Golden Naked Oats in its ingredients, a malt that Lagunitas amongst others like to use, and it brings a hint of candy canes and spun sugar along with a light creamy body that adds a hint of Americana to the mix.
The hops, T90 – Denali and Lemondrop, both new to me, bring a zesty hit of lemon fizzbombs, steely herbal leaves and a dash of orange sorbet.
They’re fresh and keen and sparkly, and they bring a dry bitterness to the bright fizzing finish.
Magic Rock continue to do things just right.
