Pressure Drop Brewing Co. Cheeky (3.8%)

A Session IPA brewed with fruit juices and pulp from Square Root, this would be absolutely fabulous if it wasn’t so very flat.
Everything about Cheeky is lovely, from the fruit salad aroma to the nicely rounded sweet honey and wafers of the malting, the sharp zesty herbal hops and the tropical fruit punch that makes the beer taste fresh and refreshing.
But unfortunately, this bottle at least, is totally flat, and it means that the beer quickly starts to feel heavy and soapy and not at all as zippy and sparkling as I imagine it should be.
