Golden and frothy, misty and with a big fat fruit salad aroma, this is a fab little IPA using that most hip of yeasts right now, Vermont.
Taking a swig you find a bucket full of fresh tropical fruit, lemons and limes, mango, satsuma and a blob of orange marmalade.
That yeast adds a creamy thick dollop of earthy apricots and peaches, and there’s a solid malt backbone of caramel wafers and honey shortcake.
As you work your way towards the superb bitter finish a sharp lime zest snappiness jumps up and twizzles your tongue.
Very good.
