This isn’t bad, a pleasantly soft Pale Ale brewed with German and American hops – Hallertau Blanc and Ekuanot to be precise – it would make a decent session beer in a pub.
The malts give you a light caramel and wafer, honey and shortcake body, while the hops add a splash of lemon sherbet and pithy herbal leaves, a little hedgerow piquancy and a dash of mango juice which give the beer a nice fruity roundness in the bitter sweet finish.
