To Øl !PCM (7%)

Part of To Øl’s ! Series, !PCM uses shedloads of a Citra and Mosaic and as such is a bit of a hop bomb.
Pouring a bright gold the aroma is fresh fruit salad and jelly sweets and from your first mouthful you find those hops doing what they do so well.
Big washes of lime zest and sherbet lemons, garden herbs and mown lawns, passion fruit and melon build and build with each successive mouthful and all this hoppy heaven is balanced against a soft caramel and pancake malt that adds a solid spun sugar and shortcake backbone to the beer.
Lovely stuff.
