Alphabet Brewing Co. A To The K (5.6%)

I love the illustration that this beer is wrapped in, it’s fun and silly and hints at a musical knowledge.
The beer isn’t bad either, with a strong tropical fruit jelly, lemon bonbon and herbal hedgerow hopping and some soft caramel wafers, vanilla ice cream and brown sugar from the malts.
The Oatmeal adds a smoothness that doesn’t quite get as thick and creamy as you might hope, but adds body nonetheless and the beer smells of lightly spiced orchard fruit as the frothy head pops with life.
All in all pretty good.
