Amundsen Bryggeri Hopbliminal Messages (5.5%)

Ooh, this is good.
It’s a New England IPA, so you know what to expect, with that lovely rush of fruity earthy yeast warmth pushing its way through the beer and driving it forward while the malts give you soft caramel buns, pancakes and vanilla waffles, and the hops hit you with mango and passion fruit, lemon zest, lime leaves and steely basil.
And with a finish that’s full of sherbet fizz and a lip curling bitterness, this cloudy pale golden beer is just the ticket.
