Beavertown The You Zoo (7.5%)

This Yuzu and Formosa Oolong Tea IPA has been brewed in collaboration with The Green Cheek Beer Company And it’s really very good.
There’s the most lovely earthy satsuma aroma as you pour and the beer sits in your glass a bright gold with a fuzzy little head.
The malting is caramel wafers, ice cream cones and Butterkist popcorn, and the hops are a sharp blast of steely herbal leaves, lemon zest and mango.
And while you drink the Yuzu adds a super fresh blast of tangerine and lemon jelly and the tea brings a woody, lightly spiced earthy depth to the long crisp finish.
Lovely stuff.
