Cloudwater Brew Co. DDH Pale Southern Passion Citra (4.9%)

Yet more fabulous Brewing from Cloudwater, this double dry Hopped Pale Ale is an absolute delight, pouring a cloudy apricot yellow and smelling of passion flowers and lemongrass.
The malting is a soft and subtle brioche and crème brûlée, honey and waffle mouthful of deliciousness and the hops rip across it with sharp fresh herbal leaves, lemon bonbons, grapefruit zest and fishery mango that leads you to a long dry, bitter finish.
