Vibrant Forest Brewery Zuur BlackBerry (3.5%)

This is a lovely and very refreshing little sour beer.
Brewed with foraged blackberries, it pours a delightful pink and smells of hay bales, silage and autumn berries.
There’s a soft as you like popcorn, rice cake and waffle malt with just a spoon of honey thrown in, and a sharp slap of herbal greenery and sherbet lemon from the hops.
And there’s the yeast and blackberries that work in tandem to bring you a sharp dry tartness tempered by a soft juicy fruit fleshiness that adds a little extra body to the long crisp and deliciously tart finish.
