Burnt Mill Brewery Green Path (6%)

This is a new brewery to me, based in Suffolk, Burnt Mill is so new to the world that they’re still building their website.
But what an introduction this super IPA is, heavy with Citra and Mosaic, it’s a big bright blast of fresh fruit and herbs.
There’s lemon zest and lime leaves, sherbet and mango, a little satsuma and some woody bark along with dry steely herbal leaves, and all this zappy hop goodness is underpinned by a solid malt body of caramel and shortcake, honey and brown bread crusts.
And with a fruit salad of an aroma and the way the beer fizzes with life in my glass, I can’t wait to try some more.
