Moor Beer Co. Agent Of Evil (7%)

It would appear that Justin and the gang are Star Wars fans as Agent Of Evil is a mighty fine Black IPA celebrating the Dark Side of The Force.
What’s more it’s very good, packing in treacle tart and chocolate, black coffee, vanilla ice cream, wafers and waffles and all things pastry encased.
It pours an inky black with a little cappuccino head, smells of coffee, tobacco and plum jam, and the hops are sharp and bitter with sticky pine resin, hazel leaves and nettle tea, lemon sherbet, peaches and pomegranate.
All this means you get a beer that mixes a sexily thick smooth sweetness with an eye watering bitter finish.
Super.
