Another great little beer from Burnt Mill, this time it’s a Pale Ale brewed with Citra and Cascade, making for a fresh and fruity can of fun.
The beer pours a pale gold with a little foamy head and smells of lemon curd and honey, and as you drink you find a good malt body that’s soft and supple, warm with runny caramel and shortcake, while those hops wash over you with sherbet lemons, pithy green foliage, chamomile tea, melon and mango.
All of this is wrapped up in a finish that’s at once sharp, fresh and made sticky with brown sugar.
