Red Cat Brewing Sun Valley (4%)

Sun Valley is a gentle little Farmhouse Saison that packs in far more flavour than you’d imagine it could.
It’s a pale golden beer with a frothy little head and an aroma of pears, apricots and honey.
That fruity goodness continues into the flavour with a round and earthy yeast pulsing away in the background and a satisfyingly chewy caramel and Belgian waffle creating a solid body to the beer.
The hopping is fresh and tangy, with garden herbs, Gala melon, lemon zest and celery leading towards the crisp and refreshing finish.
Very good.
