To Øl California Blizzard (6.2%)

This is a decent little IPA that does all the things you want and does them well.
It’s pretty straight forward truth be told, but well balanced and good to drink.
And so you find that this pale golden beer with its frothy head smells of orange juice and peaches, the malting is soft and round with caramel wafers, honey and brioche, and the hops provide a sharp clean lemon rind zap, some tangerine, a little piney resin, tobacco leaves and a dab of marmalade.
All this leads to a finish that’s bright and bitter and very dry.
