Torrside Brewing Molten Universe (5.8%)

Oranges, cinder toffee and peaches.
That good enough for you?
It’d do for me if that was all there was, but in Molten Universe, an India Red Ale, there’s a whole lot more.
You’ll find toffee apples and a rich earthy feel that hints at rye though there’s none present (or, at least, none listed), and a superbly bitter and extremely dry hedgerow foliage and nettle tea hop hit that becomes sticky with orange marmalade, adding some much needed fruity sweetness as you head towards the lip puckeringly dry bitter finish.
