Garage Brewing More Green (8%)

This is a ridiculously good Double New England IPA brewed in collaboration with Other Half.
It’s so ridiculously good that I had to put on a suitably ridiculous record to go with it.
The beer slinks from its can a hazy peach with a fizzing little head and an aroma packed with peach Melba and pears.
There’s a decent malt body that’s chewy and round, sticky with toffee and honey and crunchy with peanut brittle and shortcake.
The hops, Palisade and Mosaic, are backed up by the dirty, dusty, fruity Vermont yeast that amplifies the orange marmalade, grapefruit, mango and pineapple fun and rounds out the sharp keen bitter herbal finish.
