London Beer Lab Pale Ale Mosaic & Equinox (5.5%)

Well now, this is a little bottle of fizzy fun.
It pours a rather rich amber colour with a fuzzy little head and an aroma like a bag of lemon sherbet.
There’s a soft and subtle malting, it’s sticky with caramel and just chewy enough, its shortbread and honey body holding the beer together for the duo of Mosaic and Equinox hops to be big and sexy without being overpowering.
You’ll find lemon curd and lime leaves, mown lawns and steely dry herbal leaves, everything big and bright and fresh, leading you to the zesty dry bitter finish.
Very good indeed.
