Stillwater Readymade: Vacuum (8%)

Dear everyone in the world.
When I next have a birthday, please buy a swimming pool, fill it with this and let me drink my way out.
Vacuum is a Black IPA brewed with smoked malts a Black India Rauchbier for want of a better description.
It’s creamy and smooth and sexy, layers of brittle dark chocolate and freshly ground coffee, honey, maple syrup and pine needles building as you drink, creating a big chewy beer, a beer to sink your teeth into.
The hopping is gloopy orange marmalade, pine resin and lemon zest, while the soft smokiness bolstered by a hefty alcohol warmth brings a hint of bacon and bonfire to the edges of the beer as you head towards the lip puckering pithy finish.
Yup, I could drink this all the time.
