This is a decent little IPA, though perhaps not worthy of the swear word on the can, Rocket Bear pours a cloudy peach with a little foamy head and smells of caramel, pineapple and watermelon.
The malting is soft and creamy, with wafers and honey, toffee and pecans, and the hops bring orange marmalade, lemon curd, lime zest, mown lawns and herbal leaves to the party.
All this makes for a beer whose finish is long and bitter and dry.
Pretty good.
