This is a strikingly good IPA with added orange peel.
It’s a silky smooth creamy beer thanks to the addition of lots of oats, pouring a rich peachy gold with a little foamy head and an aroma full of lemon curd and dandelions.
The oats are joined by wheat and flaked barley, making for a rich round caramel and wafer, vanilla ice cream cone of a body, while the hops slap you with lime zest and lemons, sticky marmalade and steely herbal leaves, the orange peel adding a bright pithy spark to the long dry finish.
Lovely.
