Well now, Cloudwater continue to be fabulous, don’t they?
This can is a bright and fresh blast of fruity goodness, pouring a shiny gold with a fuzzy head of fizzing fun and a smell that’s full of citrus fruit sweeties.
The malting is light and airy, gentle waves of caramel and bagels, honey, shortcake and lightly salted waffles forming a gloriously subtle yet solid brown sugar base over which the hops, including Pilgrim for bittering and Citra BBC and El Dorado amongst others, tongue kiss you with lime curd, lemon zest, orange marmalade, damp and dewy herbal leaves, nettle tea and just a hint of chives.
All this makes for a beer that’s far too easy to drink and immensely refreshing with its crystal clear, bright bitter finish.
