Lost & Found continue to impress with this, their low-ish ABV Pale Ale that manages to feel light and sessionable while maintaining lots of body, lots to keep your interest.
The beer pours a watery looking straw, but don’t let that put you off.
Instead stick your nose in and get a head full of Gala melon and peaches before you take a swig and find a soft caramel biscuit underbelly, some brown sugar and a dab of honey, and a big round hoppy kiss that blends Pilgrim CO2, Simcoe, Citra and Sticklebract into a bouquet of garden herbs, border flowers, lemon zest, tobacco and lime curd.
The finish is gently dry and crisp.
This is very good.
