Big Smoke Brew Co. Electric Eye (5.2%)

Electric Eye, Big Smoke’s Pale Ale, is really rather lovely, its hit of Citra, Simcoe and Chinook providing a big fresh fruity kiss.
There’s a solid caramel wafer, honey and pancake malt body that gives the beer some much needed brown sugar sweetness, but it’s those hops that are the main attraction.
They’re zesty and zingy, fruity and fun, with lots of lemon and lime, melon and mandarin, rolling tobacco, grapefruit and hedgerow greenery that make the beer crisp and bitter and very refreshing.
