Rascals Brewing Co. Seven (7%)

Seven is a New England IPA because everybody is making New England IPAs right now, but to be fair to Rascals, this is a pretty decent take on the style with lots of juicy peach and mango, lime leaf and lemon zest hops popping and snapping all over your tongue while the malts bring a soft and sweet caramel biscuit and the New England yeast adds its earthy saltiness.
The joy of this beer though, is its aroma.
There’s the most delicious fresh fruit salad swimming in syrup aroma that draws you back into your glass with every mouthful.
Very good.
