Weird Beard Brew Co. God Of The Cold White Silence (5.5%)

This is good, very good, and yet it immediately made me wonder what a bigger version would feel like.
God Of The Cold White Silence is a White Stout, that’s a Pale beer with all the body and depth of a great big dark creamy beer.
Weird Beard, brewing in collaboration with Steel City, have used mountains of oats, cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose to make this pale golden beer feel round and creamy and smooth.
The hops have been used sparingly, just adding a gentle citrus and hedgerow bitterness to the back end of the beer.
I really like the vanilla ice cream feeling of the beer, it just made me wonder how good it’d be as a head bending Imperial ten percenter.
