Wild Weather Ales Hero Factory (7%)

Hero Factory is a single hop IPA using Ekuanot and it’s very good indeed.
It pours a misty gold with a billowing fluffy cloud for a head and smells of mango and dandelion leaves.
There’s a solid malt backbone at play here, packed with chewy caramel wafers, popcorn, pancakes and pretzels, the yeast adding a little saltiness to the edges while the Ekuanot bring bags of peach and lime leaves, sticky lemon curd, fizzbombs and fresh garden herbs, which all makes for a beer with a long brown sugar tinted crisp bitter finish.
