The Five Points Brewing Co. Field Day (4.2%)

Field Day is a Citrus Pale, a delightfully soft and supple, crisp and refreshing Pale Ale with the fun of added lemon and grapefruit zest.
Initially it’s just a simple little Pale, pouring a light straw gold and smelling of freshly made lemonade.
But as you drink the soft wafer and caramel, honeycomb and breadcrusts of the malts and the sharp pithy greenery of the Mosaic hops give way to the pin sharp zesty brightness of those lemons and grapefruit.
They’re as clear as day and deliciously zingy.
This is a very good, easy drinking beer.
