Wild Weather Ales Led Balloon (4.9%)

Brewed in collaboration with Elusive Brewing, this is a super little American style Red Ale.
It sits a conker brown in my glass, its little bubbly head fizzing with life and smells of cherries and peanut butter.
The malting is here is a sticky toffee and pecan pie delight, it’s covered in honey and surrounded by caramel doughnuts.
Sweet and rich and round, the malts are complemented by a big pithy hop presence that’s heavy with woody tobacco, woodland leaf litter, maple syrup, lime zest and sharp fresh herbal leaves.
All this makes for a beer that begins all soft and fruity and ends sharp and bitter and dry.
Lovely stuff.
