BrewChap Brewing Concern Lizz Loves Jaime (7.5%)

My dear Ian.
Could you please take your foot off the gas and brew something that doesn’t blow me away.
Just to make a change.
You see, I’m sure people will think there’s some weird Bromance going on and that as a result I can only say good things.
But they’d be wrong (not that I don’t love you of course).
So tell me, what am I supposed to say about this Simcoe, Cascade and Orange Blossom Honey IPA that you brewed for your friends’ wedding other than, yet again, you give a great deal of professional brewers a run for their money.
The malting is a lovely warm buttery caramel, salted praline and bagel delight and the hops do all the good things, from the woody resinous tobacco of the Simcoe to the fresh herbs and lemon of the Cascade, they’re sharp and bright.
And then in the finish the honey adds lots of rich sweet, well let’s not beat around the bush here, honey.
Another super beer, Ian.
Give it a rest, will you.
