Gipsy Hill Brewing Co. Hunter (5%)

What a lovely Helles Lager this is, with a sunny gold complexion and a little whisky head, it smells of candy canes and apricots.
The malting is all spun sugar and weetabix, honey glazed doughnuts and caramel ice cream cones, while the hops hit you with fresh and tangy herbal hedgerow, green and fresh and full of zing.
There’s a little slap of lemon zest as well, and coupled with the spicy yeast it makes for a crisp refreshing finish.
