In five words, I like this a lot.
Brewed in collaboration with South Africa’s Devil’s Peak, Rooibos is brewed with a shed load of Rooibos and Honeybush tea.
A solid biscuity malt base full of toffee and honey, digestives and oat cookies creates the backbone of the beer, while the Magnum, Enigma, Centennial and Summer hops bring lots of fresh lemon sherbet, lime zest and orange marmalade, it’s sharp and fruity.
And while you’re drinking, the tea builds an earthy, woody, lightly spiced fug that’s sweet and almost smoky.
It adds a delightful extra layer to an already lovely beer.
