Incognito is a Smoked Saison with Magnum and Sorachi Ace hops.
I like that list of words in that order.
And the beer tastes as good as it sounds.
It pours a peachy gold with a frothy little head and a smell full of apricot jam and lemon zest.
Taking a swig you find lots of zesty orange and lemon, some lime leaves and green herbs, along with sticky caramel wafers, honey and brioche from the malts, along with a good hit of earthy spicy yeast.
The smokiness is a subtle round mist that envelopes the beer and slowly builds as you make your way to the soft sticky finish.
