LOKA POLLY Chinook Mosaic IPA (6.2%)

Another beautifully wrapped can of beer, this time LOKA POLLY have teamed up the woody tobacco, light pine and orange of Chinook with the lemon sherbet, lime leaves and gooseberries of Mosaic to create another big bright and bold beer.
The smell is packed with lightly spiced fruit salad and the beer sits a pale gold in my glass, and while from the first mouthful you are slapped by those glorious hops, there’s a solid brwon sugar syrup, shortcake and caramel malt body that holds everything together with its sticky gooey sweetness that counteracts the sharp brittle bitterness of those mighty hops.
