Meatbox: Would All Vegetarians Kindly Look Away

I spent a long time as a Vegetarian.
Well over fifteen years in fact, and I was really quite strict about it, as well.
But then on day I rediscovered meat – it’s a long story more suited to the pub than a blog post, so ask me next time we’re having a pint – and I’ve not looked back, trying and enjoying pretty much everything I’ve come across, from reindeer meatballs in Norway to horse steaks in Italy.
And so I was rather pleased when Meatbox, a new subscription club, asked if I’d like to try their Beer related box of snacks.
It arrived through my door beautifully presented and with a good range of meaty treats for me to try.
There were a couple of different flavours of Billtong and some yummy Chorizo sticks, but my favourite nibble was the packet of pork and apple scratchings, that went wonderfully well with the can of IPA that’d I’d just popped open.
Meatbox is definitely worth a go if you’re a hungry carnivore looking for a treat, and there are some good deals for first time orders.
