8 Wired Brewing Co. Superdank (6.2%)

This is a smashing little IPA brewed with shedloads of American hops that gives the beer a super fresh fruit salad aroma as the beer slinks into my glass and sits there all golden and inviting.
There’s a soft and chewy caramel and honey, shortbread and pancake malt body, it’s a little bit sweet and a little bit salty and then there’s the hops.
They’re big and bright and shiny, bitter and pithy, hitting you with lime leaves and sherbet lemons, orange marmalade, steely metallic herbal leaves and soft juicy melon, and all this fruity goodness leads you towards the long bitter refreshing finish.
