Arcadian Brewing Co. Lupa (5%)

Well well, another beer from this new Cardiff based brewery that I really like.
Lupa is a dry hopped oatmeal Pale Ale and it’s fresh and zingy and full of good things.
The malting is, as you’d expect from a beer full of oatmeal, rich and smooth and creamy, Weetabix and shortcake, honey pancakes and caramel wafers making for a chewy sweet body.
And over this the hops are bright and fresh and zesty, with lemon sherbet and orange peel, steely herbal greenery and lime leaves, all of which takes the you on a journey from soft and rich to sharp and bitter.
Lovely stuff.
