Black Isle Brewing Co. Long Time IPA (6.9%)

Why do I like his so much?
I’m not altogether sure.
Maybe it’s the balance, maybe it’s the fresh snap of the mango and satsuma, lime and lychee of the hops.
Or it could be the warm soft runny honey, buttery Belgian waffle and pancake batter of the malts.
It might just even be the fact that this doesn’t have any NEIPA yeast anywhere in sight.
Whatever it is that Black Isle have done in making this little IPA, I like it a lot.
