Named after a Very Things song, BrewChap’s Best Bitter is twiggy and comforting.
It’s a straight ahead, old fashioned Bitter and it does everything you could ask for, and does it well.
The malting is digestive biscuits and honey, a little toffee and a hint of rum and raisin chocolate, and the hops bring woody, twiggy goodness, along with a big lick of liquorice stick, hazel leaves and hedgerow greenery.
It’s a pint of Bitter.
A good old fashioned pint of Bitter.
And now I’m going pruning, pruning, pruning, pruning, pruning.
