Gipsy Hill Brewing Co. Raver (7.2%)

Brewed in collaboration with Garden Brewery of Croatia, Raver is a top top IPA that’ll push all your buttons.
It’s a big, brightly coloured, neon dream of a beer that starts as it means to go on, with massive hits of lemon sherbet and lime curd, marmalade, steely herbal leaves and pithy mown lawns.
It’s as dry as a dancer with a Dove on his tongue at 3am, eternal.
It’s loud and boisterous and only just held back by the sweet kiss of the malty cloakroom attendant that gives you lick of caramel and some much needed biscuity nutrition before sending you back out onto the floor to keep enjoying the pounding thwack of the ultra fresh bitter, and frankly endless, finish.
