Brewed in collaboration with North Brewing Co., this is a, “modern Yorkshire Bitter,” and a very pleasant experience.
Things You Can’t Unsee pours a light amber with a little fuzzy head and smells of toffee apples and passion fruit.
The malting brings honey and digestive biscuits, waffles, toffee and popcorn, while the hops – and there’s a whole host of them, including whole leaf Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe, along with T90 Huell Melon and Cascade, and Magic Rock’s beloved Cryo hops in the shape of Amarillo and Simcoe – bringing tobacco and orange marmalade, honeydew melon, lemon zest and hedgerow greenery.
It’s not a Bitter as I think of Bitter, but it’s certainly a beer I could enjoy during an evening down the pub.
