Well now, this is nice.
With its sweet caramel, honey, toffee, waffle and popcorn malt creating a soft chewy body and an aroma that smells like wandering through a funfair, candy floss an sticks of rock, toffee apples and freshly fried doughnuts tempting you in, Gaia is a world of goodness.
There’s also a great big slap of fresh herbal greenery from the hops, pithy and metallic, it slaps you about with sharp sherbet lemon, orange zest and lime leaves before you head down toward the super dry bitter finish.
Gaia is lovely.
