Wabbit is a soft and gentle, easy drinking Pale Ale brewed in Hereford by Wobbly, yet another new brewery to note.
It’s pretty good as well, pouring a light sunny straw and smelling of sweet apricot jam.
The malting is soft and smooth, sticky with honey, and chewy with caramel wafer biscuits.
There’s a good hit of hops as well, all American and all bright and shiny, you find grapefruit and lemon curd, a little redwood resin and lots of pithy green hedgerow.
It’s effortless to drink and holds plenty of interesting things to keep you happy as you work your way down the 500ml can.
