6° North Brewing Peloton Pilsner (4.1%)

This is a delightfully crisp bright little Pilsner with a light mown lawns and honey aroma.
The malting is soft and sweet with caramel and waffles, brioche and pop corn and there’s a bite of earthy yeast in the background.
Then there’s the smack of German hops bringing the steely bitter greenery of garden herbs and dewy hedgerow, pithy and dry and very refreshing.
I only wish it was served in a much bigger bottle.
