It begins with an aroma stuffed full of strawberries, peaches and passion fruit wrapped in straw and continues down through the foamy head and golden body into the malts soft subtle malts that provide a squidgy caramel, honey and salted shortcake backbone over which the hops – Pilgrim, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe – give you oceans of gooseberry skins and lime zest, lemon juice, mango, rolling tobacco, hazel leaves and papaya.
It’s sharp, fresh, fruity, and lots and lots of fun.
