Torrside Brewing Co. Katakana (5.2%)

A Belgian Blonde hopped with Sorachi Ace, this little bottle of joy does everything you’d hope for.
There’s a dreamy soft caramel waffle, salted pretzel and honey malt body, it’s sticky and sweet and underpinned by a solid earthy yeast spiciness.
The beer smells of lemon bonbons and sits a bright and inviting gold in my glass.
And then there’s the Sorachi Ace that hits you with lemon sorbet and sherbet Dipdabs, lime leave and tangerine zest leaving a finish that’s long and bitter, crisp and dry.
